Dry Wall touch up and paint interior, Did small bat Remediation extraction blew cellulose, did light foundation repair. Complete exterior paint, resolved two leaks. Replaced two broken windows, fixed 4 broken outlets, rescreened a 3 seasons room added the electric fireplace pictured with shiplap and mantle, (Made out of a fence post, mounted a TV, installed a new sink as old one was broken.
Clients cost $13,000 (Paid on closing) New appraisal came in at $201,000 house sold with multiple offers in 7 days for $208,000
