By paying this amount I agree I am digitally signing this operational agreement in reference to any properties I own and or manage unless otherwise stated in writing. This signing allows all text messages to be subject to this agreement.
Handy man operational agreement
Client is aware that this service is for handyman repair only, no license, insurance, no permit is implied or expressed. RC PROP MGMT may employ licensed contractors, maintenance and alterations specialists, builders and other experts but will only conduct business for less then $600 to keep all projects in the scope of handyman project. Although RC Prop MGMT is a professional contractor this project as it remains under state policy of under $600 is in the realm of handyman work.
By engaging in this purchase agreement the purchaser testifies that he or she is in legal standing to engage contract and swears authority to render works on stated property through ownership, trustee, inheritance, property management on behalf of owner or other lawful ability to act on behalf of property owner. If not the payer assumes all harms caused by contract to true property owner and RC Prop MGMT.
Client is in no way responsible for safety, injuries, accidental death of any employee, subcontractors or affiliated personnel of RC PROP MGMT. Clientele is not responsible for damage to any tools equipment or other harms caused in process of building maintenance. Client agrees to hold harmless any civil actions related to complications associated with above service. In the event of a complication resulting in damages client reserves right to request a refund amount equal to damages not exceeding total price.
RC PROP MGMT agrees to hold harmless any civil actions or harms incurred or related to above services. This does not include civil obligations for unpaid contracts that are executed of which shall be resolved in civil actions. Work shall be subject to Michigan Mechanics laws for property improvement provisions. RC PROP MGMT, reserves right to collect any unpaid materials.
RC PROP MGMT Contractors, Employees owners and affiliates are in no way liable for damages that occur during the above stated services. This includes damages to guests, visitors, pets, personal property or injuries to people real or imagined to property real or imagined. It is homeowners/authorized agents responsibility to ensure all guests, tenants, visitors, neighbors ect are notified of construction which could result in dropped hammers, flying bits, launched projectiles from nail guns and all other risks inherent to construction projects. Tenants, occupants are to be aware to have all cars and other valuables out of work areas as RC Prop MGMT maintains zero Liability. This in no way makes any contractor innocent of criminal negligence. Accidents happen, we will make it right but if we step on rotted board doesn’t mean we owe you a new roof.
It is homeowner’s responsibility to be aware of local code issues. If homeowner requests a service that is found in violation of covenants, codes, setbacks, visibility standards, historic preservation standards or any other municipal standard; Homeowner assumes all liability of contracts that violate any municipal code. A job under $600 requires no building permits or license which is in the realm of handyman Service.
No warranty expressed or implied. We stand by our work and will come back and make it right if it doesn’t hold up like it should. In the event I have to return to repair the repair no labor may be charged but a $25 gas fee and materials is expected.
Blanket of future works. Payment constitutes signature to terms of contract to any futue works. Anything outside of the scope of this blanket provision shall exist in documents stating such, all otherwise future transactions between parties will be acting under this working agreement unless other wise stated on a contract. This agreement pertains to any actions on any property where payee has contract with RCPROP MGMT aftersigning.
Electronic Ratification Clause
Change orderes to this contract can be autherized Via Text message to make fluid operations smother for all parties. A change order will be listed in text form and client and RC PROP MGMT must state amount and be accepted
